I am an experienced therapist who has helped clients build richer, more rewarding lives. I have extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, couples and families. I have wide training in trauma, substance abuse, depression, and anxiety. I am particularly well versed in dealing with issues related to acculturation.
I work with Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing [EMDR] and Emotional Freedom Technique [EFT] to help our clients recover from traumas related to accidents, assaults, disasters and childhood abuse. In addition, we utilize EMDR and EFT to assist our clients with the manifestation of symptoms related to depression, anxiety, phobias, low self-esteem, creativity blocks and relationship difficulties.
I believe in a holistic approach that enables clients to tap into their own power to heal and enjoy a fuller life.
